  • Free Warranty Period
    The warranty period commences from the "Installation Acceptance Date" of the product. Products enjoy 1 year of free warranty service. For on-site services outside the warranty period, travel-related expenses will be negotiated between both parties based on actual circumstances. However, damages caused by customer misuse, use of unqualified consumables, peripheral equipment paired with our devices, or force majeure (unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable objective circumstances such as natural disasters, war, etc.) are not covered under the free warranty.
  • 24/7 Hotline
    Free service hotline: 400-885-6595. Our professional engineers are available 24/7 to promptly troubleshoot equipment issues for customers. If problems cannot be resolved over the phone and require an on-site visit by our engineer, the engineer's departure time will be based on the first available flight from Zhuhai or Guangzhou to the nearest destination airport, or the first available high-speed train to the nearest destination, starting from the next day after we receive the service call.
  • Free In-House Training Quota
    During equipment installation and commissioning, we are responsible for training two operators for the buyer at the installation site as agreed with the customer. Equipment installation and commissioning are to be completed on the day of installation.
  • Regular Follow-ups
    Zbinc has dozens of strictly trained factory professional engineers across the country who can promptly address after-sales service needs and conduct regular inspections and maintenance for customers in various regions. Simultaneously, the after-sales department regularly follows up with customers, attentively listening to their needs and continuously improving our service quality.

They conduct regular inspections, repairs, and maintenance for customer equipment in various regions. Concurrently, customer relationship personnel regularly follow up with customers, attentively listening to their needs and continuously improving service quality.
